Day 1: Somewhere I Stood

Day 1:  Somewhere I Stood

Today I stood... at a ballet bar!  Some American friends and I are taking culture classes at Lebanese American University (LAU) as part of our program.  We showed up for our first class last week, and found out it was in a studio replete with bars and a mirror, and everything a girl needs to dance.   We're learning a stage performance of debke, the Lebanese national dance.  Once it's done, I may even post a performance for you!
